In this energetic role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring each guest has a positive experience from order to meal. . Whether preparing food, handling transactions, or maintaining cleanliness, your contribution will keep our fast-paced environment running smoothly and efficiently. Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and freshness. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience, and addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Manage food handling responsibilities including stocking supplies, bussing tables, and assisting in food prep when needed to support overall restaurant operations. Support team members during busy periods by multitasking between cashiering, serving customers, and food preparation while demonstrating excellent time management skills. Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
