Front of House (FOH) Team Member - Deserto Pizzeria (Central) Deserto Pizzeria is looking for vibrant, energetic, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team at our Central El Paso location (2829 Montana Ave, Bldg B, El Paso, TX 79903). We are a fast-paced, high-quality wood-fired pizzeria focused on delivering authentic neo-Neapolitan pizza and exceptional guest experiences. We are currently hiring for two positions: one Full-Time role and one Part-Time role. Pay & Benefits
Hourly Wage:
$16.00 - $20.00 / hour (Base pay determined by experience)

Greet customers warmly, manage seating arrangements, and take orders efficiently.
Maintain a deep knowledge of our food and beverage menu to make confident recommendations.

Process payments using our point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
Collaborate closely with back-of-house (BOH) kitchen staff to streamline food runner logistics and order execution.
Keep the dining area, patio, and counter spaces meticulously clean, organized, and welcoming. Candidate Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a fast-casual or full-service restaurant environment.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, a team-player attitude, and the ability to multitask under peak rush hours.
