We are hiring a full-time Fundraising Team Member to represent a nationally recognized nonprofit through community events, outreach campaigns, and face-to-face conversations throughout Houston. As a Fundraising Team Member, you will speak with community members, explain the mission of our nonprofit partners, increase awareness, and help generate support for important causes. This Fundraising Team Member position is a strong opportunity for someone interested in nonprofit work, fundraising, communications, marketing, public relations, or community outreach. No previous fundraising experience is required. Our Fundraising Team Member training provides hands-on experience in professional communication, donor engagement, event outreach, and nonprofit advocacy. Responsibilities of the Fundraising Team Member Represent our nonprofit partners at community events and fundraising campaigns throughout Houston. As a Fundraising Team Member, communicate with community members through professional, face-to-face conversations. Educate the public about nonprofit organizations, their missions, and the causes they support. Support fundraising initiatives designed to increase awareness and encourage community participation. Assist with event preparation, setup, promotional activities, and campaign execution. Build positive relationships with community members while representing each nonprofit partner professionally. Help increase visibility for nonprofit organizations through community outreach and event engagement. Work with other Fundraising Team Member team members to meet daily outreach and fundraising goals. Participate in ongoing Fundraising Team Member training focused on communication, fundraising, outreach, and leadership. Help track campaign activity and community feedback to improve future nonprofit fundraising efforts. Represent every nonprofit partner with professionalism, accuracy, and enthusiasm. Contribute to the continued growth of our nonprofit fundraising campaigns throughout the Houston area. Qualifications of the Fundraising Team Member High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Interest in nonprofit work, fundraising, communications, or community outreach. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with new people in face-to-face settings. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, events, fundraising, or nonprofit work is helpful but not required. Motivated to develop professionally as a Fundraising Team Member. Comfortable working at community events and outreach locations throughout Houston. Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Passionate about helping nonprofit organizations connect with their communities and expand their reach. Interested in building a career while supporting meaningful nonprofit causes. Excited to join a team focused on professional fundraising and nonprofit outreach. Pay:

$500.00 - $1,100.00 per week
