Artificial Turf Installer/Crew Lead Texas Pride Landscape & Irrigation LLC Melissa, TX Job Details Full-time $25 - $28 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Driver's License Attention to detail Loader operation Skid steer loader Full Job Description Texas Pride Landscape & Irrigation is a growing North Texas landscape company looking for an experienced Artificial Turf Installation Crew Lead to join our team. We are looking for someone with hands-on artificial turf installation experience who can lead a crew while working alongside them in the field. This position is for someone who understands the complete turf installation process and takes pride in producing a clean, professional finished product. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside an artificial turf installation crew Complete turf installations from start to finish Excavate and properly grade installation areas Install and compact base material Measure, lay out, cut, fit, and secure artificial turf Properly seam turf and maintain correct grain direction Install edging, nails/staples, and other securing materials Apply and spread infill Operate skid steers, compactors, and other installation equipment Ensure proper drainage and finished grade Keep projects organized and on schedule Communicate material needs and job progress with management Maintain clean, professional jobsites Qualifications Artificial turf installation experience strongly preferred Experience with turf seams, cuts, base preparation, grading, and infill Ability to lead and direct a small installation crew Skid steer/equipment operating experience preferred Valid driver's license Dependable and able to work outdoors Comfortable performing physical labor Strong attention to detail and quality We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position with a growing company .
