What You'll Do Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include: Prepare and serve delicious shaved ice. Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service. Take customer orders and process payments using our POS system. Keep the serving area clean, organized, and stocked. Help set up and tear down our mobile serving trailer at events. Assist at parties, schools, festivals, sporting events, and community events. Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team. Help create a positive experience for every customer. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and enjoys talking with people. Reliable and shows up on time. Positive with a great attitude. Able to work outdoors in South Texas weather. Comfortable standing for extended periods. Willing to lift up to 40 pounds. A team player who enjoys helping wherever needed. Excited to learn and grow with our company. Must Have A current Texas Food Handler Certificate. Reliable transportation to and from scheduled work locations. Ability to arrive on time and follow the assigned work schedule. Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person!
