What We're Looking For We are seeking a Front of House (FOH) superstar with a "pleasing personality" and a genuine passion for hospitality. You aren't just taking orders; you are a brand ambassador who motivates the team and ensures every guest leaves happier than they arrived.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

Provide exceptional service, handle the POS system with accuracy, and manage take-out/catering orders seamlessly.

Bar & Floor Support:

Assist with bar service and maintain a deep knowledge of our food and beverage menu.

Operational Excellence:

Execute opening/closing checklists, manage inventory/purchases, and ensure the restaurant stays "Instagram-ready" (clean, organized, and inviting).

Safety & Standards:

Maintain a strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and company grooming standards.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

3-5 years in a fast-paced restaurant environment with POS experience.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certifications:

TABC and Food Handlers certifications are highly preferred.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
