Shift availability Requirement Must have flexible availabiliy, Must be able to work for both afternoon and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome every customer with a positive attitude Provide excellent customer service and create a fun guest experience Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Prepare food items as needed, ensuring all products meet Menchie's quality standards. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Perform opening and closing duties Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication.

Qualifications:

Friendly, positive, and reliable Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Willingness to learn and follow procedures Food service or customer service experience is preferred but not required
