We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping and Fulfillment team member to help ensure our customers receive the right products, packaged carefully and shipped on time. You will work with completed orders from final quality check through packaging and shipment. This is a great fit for someone who stays organized, takes initiative, enjoys staying busy, and takes pride in doing things right the first time. What You Will Do Review completed orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality. Match finished products with handwritten and digital order information. Verify names, quantities, spelling, customization details, and other order information. Package and prepare orders for shipment. Create and print shipping labels and process shipments. Enter tracking information and update order records. Keep completed and ready-to-ship orders organized. Communicate with other departments about missing items, discrepancies, or quality concerns. Help keep orders moving efficiently, especially during busy periods. What Makes Someone Successful We are looking for someone who: Is reliable, organized, and detail-oriented. Previous shipping, fulfillment, or order-processing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Physical Requirements This position includes both computer work and physical activity.

You must be able to:

Sit for extended periods while processing orders. Stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and move throughout the work area. Occasionally lift and move boxes weighing up to 45 pounds. Package, organize, and prepare orders for shipment.
