Job Summary The Car Hop is responsible for providing friendly, fast, and accurate service to Stars Drive-In customers. This position takes customer orders, delivers food and beverages to vehicles, handles payments, maintains a clean and safe work area, and helps create a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Car Hop, you will: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Deliver completed orders to customers' vehicles promptly and courteously. Process cash and card payments accurately. Answer customer questions and assist with special requests. Ensure orders are complete and correct before delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the parking area, service areas, tables, and other assigned spaces. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures. Restock supplies and assist other team members as needed. Handle customer concerns professionally and notify management when additional assistance is needed.
