Part-Time Store Crew Member Job Overview:

Join our team as a part-time Crew Member at Papa Murphy's! In this role, you will be the face of our "Take 'N' Bake" concept. You will prepare fresh ingredients, build pizzas to customer specifications, and provide excellent customer service. Duties & Responsibilities:

Food Prep:

Roll fresh dough, grate cheese, slice meats, and chop fresh vegetables daily.

Pizza Building:

Construct high-quality pizzas efficiently following corporate recipes and portion controls.

Customer Service:

Greet guests warmly, take in-person and phone orders, and operate the POS cash register system.

Cleanliness & Safety:

Maintain a spotless workspace by washing dishes, reserving and sanitizing prep counters, sweeping, and mopping.

Stocking:

Keep the prep line fully stocked with ingredients and rotate inventory using first-in, first-out (FIFO) standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be at least 16 years old. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic math skills for handling cash and making change. Ability to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of a shift. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be willing to work Halloween.
