About the Role Red Arch Foods is a live shopping brand based in Saratoga Springs, Utah. We host live selling shows on TikTok and Whatnot, selling food to real audiences in real time. We are looking for a confident, energetic on-camera host to join our growing team. Red Arch Foods has sold thousands of food shipments in the last 5 months, with rapid growth planned. We need an A+ player and is someone who is willing to go above and beyond and be curious each day. Content creation is part of the job, but the core of what you will do is host live shows, engage a real audience, and drive sales in real time. View our TikTok page @redarchfoods and our Whatnot page @redarchcollective What You Will Do Host live selling streams on TikTok Live and Whatnot (3-4 shifts per week, 4-7 hours per shift) Showcase products live communicating brands, value, and appeal in real time Make short form engaging content to drive traffic and engagement Engage with viewers in the chat, answer questions, and build rapport with repeat customers Drive sales through energy, storytelling, and consistent calls to action Complete pre-show setup (30-60 min) and post-show cleanup (15-30 min) Accept coaching and implement feedback to improve performance stream over stream What We Are Looking For Confident, natural on-camera presence Coachable. You take feedback and immediately put it to work Entrepreneurial mindset. You care about results, not just clocking in High confidence without the ego. You're secure enough to embrace being a beginner Comfortable speaking and engaging live for extended periods Genuine interest in women's fashion, food, footwear, or online shopping Experience with TikTok Live, Whatnot, Instagram Live, or similar platforms is not required Schedule Flexible shifts designed to work around class schedules and summer availability. Streamers typically work 3-4 shifts per week, 4-7 hours per shift. Compensation $17/hr guaranteed base pay Commission earned on top of hourly rate Top performers consistently earn $22-25/hr combined This Role Is Not a Fit If You...
