Join the Team at Mad Hatter's Scoops! The Karr Group, Killington's largest hospitality management company, is looking for friendly, reliable Ice Cream Scoopers to join the team at Mad Hatter's Scoops ! As an Ice Cream Scooper, you'll help create a fun and memorable experience for our guests. You'll serve ice cream, prepare sundaes and milkshakes, take orders, process payments, and keep the shop clean, stocked, and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service Take orders and answer questions about flavors, toppings, and menu items Scoop and serve ice cream accurately and efficiently Prepare sundaes, milkshakes, and other ice cream treats Recommend flavors and help guests choose items Present orders neatly and pay attention to detail Operate the register and accurately process payments Restock products, toppings, and supplies Monitor inventory and communicate when supplies need to be replenished Complete opening, pre-service, and closing duties Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist with other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or food service experience preferred, but not required Friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in helping guests Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment Strong attention to detail, including presentation and order accuracy Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team Comfortable handling cash and operating a register Willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
