Join a Rutland tradition! Ted's Pizza Shop has been serving Rutland since 1958 , and we're looking for a friendly, dependable Front of House Team Member to join our busy downtown pizzeria. This is a fun, fast-paced role with lots of variety. You'll be taking care of dining guests, answering phone orders, cashing out customers, cutting and boxing pizzas, and helping keep the entire Front of House running smoothly. What You'll Do Welcome and provide great service to dining guests Take phone and in-person orders Cash out dine-in and takeout customers Cut, box, and prepare orders for pickup Answer questions about our menu and specials Keep the dining room and Front of House clean and organized Work closely with the kitchen team to keep orders accurate and moving Jump in wherever you're needed during busy periods What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with people Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Perks Strong earning potential through tips Flexible scheduling for the right team member Staff pizzas Employee discount Paid training Fun, team-oriented work environment The chance to be part of a Rutland landmark serving the community since 1958 If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a great team, we'd love to hear from you!
