Most team members earn between $23 and $30+ per hour , depending on the season and tip volume. We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes initiative, and genuinely cares about creating a great experience for every guest who walks through the door. Whether you have café experience or simply have a strong customer service background and a great attitude, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude. Take customer orders in person and over the phone. Prepare coffee drinks, smoothies, soups, and other beverages. Operate our point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions. Expedite orders and ensure guests receive the correct meals promptly. Keep the dining room clean, organized, stocked, and inviting throughout the day. Restock beverages, grab-and-go items, and front-of-house supplies. Assist the kitchen team with light food preparation and dishwashing when needed. Work closely with your teammates to deliver a great guest experience every day. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with people. Reliable, punctual, organized, and self-motivated. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Hospitality, restaurant, café, or retail customer service experience is preferred—but not required. We're happy to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Schedule We're open seven days a week.
