Crew Member. $17.13/hour base, averaging $35/hour with tips. Part time. 10 to 20 hours a week. Steady, predictable shifts you can plan your life around. This is not your typical restaurant job We're not a restaurant. We're a hand stretched brick oven mobile pizza trailer that shows up at breweries, wineries, and events across the Tri Cities and Yakima Valley. There's no front of house, no back of house, no hostess stand. Everyone here works every station, and we help each other where it's needed. You'll work the window, stretch and top pizzas, and we'll train you across the whole trailer, including the oven. You'll own your spot, and you'll be able to jump in wherever the crew needs you. Friday:

4 to 8:30pm

Saturday and Sunday:

We work mostly in the Tri Cities.

Travel:

We travel up to 90 minutes for events. Travel time is paid outside of Tri Cities.

Requirements:

Must be 17+. Must be willing to travel. Reliable transportation. Where this role can go Right now we run 4 to 5 days a week. Bring someone in who learns the oven and can run every station, and that changes. The trailer can run 7 days a week. That means real growth, not a spot that never moves.
