We are hiring a Part-Time Front of House Team Member(15-30 hours/week) who can deliver excellent restaurant experiences with customer-focused service skills and professional etiquettes. Job Descriptions:

Greet customers with warm and friendly smiles. Assign tables for dine-in customers with efficiency. Guide customers with menu ordering procedures and assist with any questions confident and kind attitudes. Take and serve food & beverage orders. Handle orders using POS devices and process payments with accuracy and integrity. Keeps tables and dining areas clean including clearing dishes and resetting tables with professional manners and mindful attitudes. Complete all opening and closing shift tasks with detail-focused performances. Support fellow servers as often as needed and collaborate with other restaurant staffs with respects. Maintain and restock required level of beverages and condiments. Respond to customer complaints or problems with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills. Handle online and delivery pick-up orders with high-accuracy and quick speeds.

Qualifications:

Must be punctual. Minimum of 6 months experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality setting. Previous experience at a Sushi restaurant is a plus. Must perform high level of employee hygiene at all times. Must be able to work under the dynamic work environments with flexibility, resilience and proactive attitudes. Must be able to perform daily routine with consistency and professional mindset. Must be able to perform with integrity and accountability, especially when handling payments. Must be a team player who can respect and collaborate well with other restaurant staffs. Must be able to work legally in the U.S. Ability to lift items up 10 pounds and frequently up to 20 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms in front of body, lift, twist, crouch occasionally throughout shifts.

Shift hours:

Lunch 10:45am-2:45pm / Dinner 4:15pm-9:00pm

Wage:

Starting pay: $17.50 or up DOE +
