As we grow, we are seeking a poised, detail-oriented, and digitally-savvy Spa Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator to be both the welcoming face of Rewind and the voice of our brand online. This dual role blends high-touch client service with creative digital storytelling. Your Role You'll be the first and last impression for every client — managing a seamless front-of-house experience with warmth, efficiency, and discretion. At the same time, you'll help shape our online presence through engaging social content that reflects the calm, refined essence of Rewind. Key Responsibilities Front Desk /

Guest Experience:

Greet clients with grace, professionalism, and attentiveness Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and guest communications Handle check-in/out, payments, and client scheduling with precision Maintain an immaculate, serene front desk and lounge area Coordinate with therapists to ensure seamless service flow Introduce and recommend spa services and curated product offerings

Social Media & Brand Presence:
