Yeobo Cafe and Bar was opened in January 2025 with a focus on creating a well-rounded cafe experience with specialty coffee, tea, cocktails, made-to-order breakfast sandos, and more in a 100% gluten free space. We are currently hiring someone to fill early an early morning baking position which some with additional prep duties with occasional FOH duties

• our kitchen and prep areas are open so during business hours you will not only be seen by and interacting with customers, but prepping and serving sandos as well as expected to be cross trained to support on register and the barista station.

• 12pmthis position has the potential to become full time (30+ hrs/week) in 2027 if the team member takes on more FOH duties, become fully cross trained as a barista and bartender, and is capable of working solo shifts.

At full time, team member would become eligible for fully covered health benefits and dental/vision at the cost of approx $19 / month.

• because you are being hired in in quarter 4, you will be given 10 up front and your full 40 hours will renew on January 1st 2027.

Training wage is $23/hr through first full pay period, after which you are bumped up to $26/hr matching the rest of the team. We are a tipless business, however we do run a commission system where employees make a percentage of sales on their recipes and menu items. IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL

HAVEat least 1 year baking or 2 years of prep/general food experience1 year barista experience a plus but not required
