Job Description
Local Tide is hiring Front-of-House Team Members to join our crew in Fremont. We re a neighborhood seafood spot with a counter-service approach, a love for Pacific Northwest ingredients, and a commitment to making people feel welcome.
You ll work across front-of-house roles greeting guests, taking orders, keeping the line moving, and packing takeout. We re looking for someone who brings energy, cares about the details, and enjoys working with a team to deliver thoughtful, efficient service.
Core ResponsibilitiesMake guests feel welcome. Greet people warmly, guide them through the menu, and communicate clearly about wait times and availability.
Keep service moving. Take accurate orders, process payments, and organize online and takeaway orders with care.
Work as a team. Communicate with the kitchen and fellow team members to keep orders accurate and service running smoothly through busy lunch and dinner shifts.
Coordinate service next door. Help deliver food to guests at Aslan Brewing and keep communication clear between teams.
Care for the space. Keep the counter, dining area, and service stations clean, organized, and stocked.
What We re Looking ForA friendly, welcoming approach and a team-first attitude.
The ability to stay organized, calm, and attentive during busy service.
An interest in food, hospitality, and Pacific Northwest ingredients.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn different roles.
Availability for a mix of shifts during our operating hours: Tuesday Saturday until 8 PM and Sunday until 4 PM. We re closed Mondays.
A food handler card, or willingness to obtain one before your first shift.
