Sandwich Artist - Subway - Kenosha Travel Plaza - 2nd Shift

Golden Oil Company is seeking a reliable, and personable Sandwich Artist for our Subway locations inside of a BP branded convenience store. A sandwich artist greets and serves guests, prepares food, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and handles or processes light paperwork. Duties:

Prepares food neatly, accurately and in a timely manner. Demonstrates an understanding of menu items and explains it to guests accurately. Exhibits cheerful and helpful manner when dealing with guests. Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift. Cleans as directed and performs duties outlined on the daily checklist and cleaning list during appropriate time periods. Greets guests and prepares their orders, uses Point of Sale system to record/compute the order, collects accurate payment from customers and makes accurate changes. Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures as outlined in the Operations Manual and training on University of Subway. Accounts for all forms of money, bread, etc,. during scheduled shift. Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards while preparing food, serving food, and clean up. Maintains professional appearance (uniform) and grooming standards as outlined in hire packet. Performs light paperwork/other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

Customer service situation skills. Middle school level math to preform math to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Reliable attendance. Willing to attend licensing classes and obtain appropriate permit/license from local or State. Able to communicate with peers, supervisor any needs or concerns. Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.

Pay:

$12.00 - $13.00 per hour
