Duties Stock shelves with fresh produce and meat products, ensuring proper placement and presentation to attract customers. Use RF scanners and other material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to load, unload, and organize inventory efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and managing product rotation to minimize waste. Assist customers by providing product knowledge on produce and meat items, answering questions, and offering friendly service. Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld through routine cleaning, sanitation of work areas, and safe lifting practices during manual handling tasks. Support shipping & receiving processes by loading deliveries, verifying shipments against purchase orders, and organizing stock in designated areas. Collaborate with team members on merchandising initiatives to create appealing displays that promote sales and enhance the shopping experience. Requirements Ability to operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and product presentation. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks safely. Basic math skills for counting inventory, processing transactions, and managing stock levels accurately. Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising strategies, and customer service principles to create a welcoming environment.
