Responsibilities Assist in food preparation, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met at all times Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, including taking orders, serving, and handling payments Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines, including proper food handling and equipment cleaning Support cash register operations by processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Engage with customers in a friendly manner, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while following all health regulations and safety procedures Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong food preparation skills with understanding of food safety management and sanitation standards Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or food industry roles is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Join us to be part of an energetic environment where your contributions directly impact guest satisfaction!
