What You'll Do Prepare food that meets Jersey Mike's high quality and consistency standards Deliver an exceptional customer experience with energy, personality, and care Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Multitask with urgency while maintaining accuracy Keep the restaurant noticeably cleaner and more organized than others Communicate clearly with teammates and guests Participate in all required training and development programs Take ownership, accountability, and pride in your work What We're Looking For A great attitude and willingness to learn (experience is a plus, not a requirement) Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure Positive, outgoing personality—you enjoy talking with people Dependable, reliable, and able to meet scheduling commitments Desire to grow skills and improve yourself Understanding that cleaning and organization are part of every food service role Commitment to giving back and being part of a community-focused team Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Food Handler / ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable transportation Pay & Perks $13.00
