As a Food Production Worker, you will support daily operations at a busy baking facility by assisting with the preparation, production, packaging, and handling of food products. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and comfortable working as part of a team. Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily food production and baking facility operations.
Follow established production procedures, recipes, and quality standards.
Prepare, handle, package, and organize food products as directed.
Monitor products throughout the production process to ensure quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety and sanitation requirements.
Follow all company safety procedures and food handling guidelines.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Assist with moving materials, supplies, and finished products as needed.
Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs or issues.
Perform other general production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
