Seasonal Cellar Crew I LangeTwins Wine Company, Inc. - Acampo, CA Seasonal Full-Time | Entry-Level | On-Site |Revolving Shift LangeTwins Wine Company, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Seasonal Cellar Crew I team member to help bring our wines to life during the 2026 harvest season! This temporary position is expected to continue through harvest and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, learning new skills, and being part of a hardworking, positive, and fun team. As a member of our cellar team, you will gain valuable winery production experience while supporting harvest operations and assisting with a variety of cellar activities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do As a Seasonal Cellar Crew I, you'll work alongside our Cellar Crew team, Cellar Supervisor, and Cellar Master to support daily cellar operations, including: Read, understand, and follow SOPs. Assist in all phases of winery activities: harvest, crush, fermentation, pump overs, racking, filtering, blending, additions, tank checks, and more. Clean and sanitize tanks, lines, hoses, barrels, and equipment. Help operate pumps, filters, presses, crushers, and other cellar equipment. Safely operate a forklift (experience helpful). Assist in transferring wine, juice, between tanks and equipment. Shovel pomace, wash down equipment, and keep cellar floors and grounds clean and orderly. Work as a supportive, positive team member - teamwork is everything here. Perform other duties as needed - every day is different in the cellar! What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent. 0-1 year of experience in a winery, agricultural, or outdoor production environment preferred.
