Little Mountain is seeking a passionate Beverage Director to help grow our program and our culture. We're looking for an enthusiastic curator and educator who believes in the transformative power of hospitality. If you're the type of leader that can balance deep beverage expertise and passion for excellence with kindness and humility, we want to meet you.
The nice to haves:
Advanced certification through Court of Master Sommeliers or WSET
Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or other high-performing environments
Experience with restaurant openings or beverage program launches
Established relationships with small producers, importers, and distributors
Experience crafting cocktail and non-alcoholic beverage programs
A track record of creating successful wine education programs for staff
Experience with special events and wine dinners
A genuine passion for sustainability and supporting small, independent producers
Travel experience in wine regions and distilleries, with first-hand knowledge of production methods If you're reading this and finding yourself nodding along
