The role is a part time position with one to two shifts per week to start. Regardless of growth, this job will not pay the bills. It could eventually involve some back of house responsibilities if you are the ideal candidate. Our hours of operation are from 12pm to 11:30pm. Ideally you would have a flexible schedule allowing for opening and closing shifts on weekdays, weekends and the occasional Monday holidays. The ideal candidate would be one who shows up every day with a desire to learn, is able to be a part of a passionate team, shows initiative, is always able to stay busy and on task, is flexible for scheduling, and wants to further their knowledge of the craft beer industry and the brewery they work for, Renegade Brewing. We require a Colorado TIPS Certification and the Cicerone Server certification, both of which are required to be completed within two months of your hire date. We can help you achieve these certifications, but it would be a plus if you already have them. We will accept any resume with an accompanied cover letter that actually shows you did your research on who we are and what we do. Familiarity with Arryved or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. (Snacks) A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service. Pay is $16.37 plus pooled tips.
