Job Overview Join our dynamic food manufacturing team as a Food Production Mixer! Responsibilities Mix and prepare ingredients according to established recipes and production guidelines to ensure consistent product quality. Operate food processing equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, blenders, and other machinery. Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning work areas and equipment regularly in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Monitor production processes for quality control, making adjustments as needed to meet specifications. Assist in food handling, preparation, and assembly tasks within the manufacturing environment. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe operation of forklifts when necessary. Document production activities accurately, including ingredient quantities, batch records, and sanitation logs. Requirements Prior experience in cooking, baking, or food preparation within a restaurant or food industry setting is required. Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP and CGMP is preferred. Mechanical knowledge or experience operating manufacturing equipment is required. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes accurately. Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
