We don't just run machines; we craft local chocolate from the raw bean to the finished bar. The success of our chocolate relies on a blend of sophisticated industrial technology and hands-on craftsmanship. If you take pride in technical precision and love seeing a finished product go from your hands to a customer, we want you on our production line.
Responsibilities:
Operate commercial-scale cacao processing and packaging equipment. Maintain strict sanitation of all hand tools and machinery. Measure , weigh, and transfer ingredients with high accuracy. Record detailed data for food safety and FDA regulations.
Execute the full production cycle:
from sorting raw materials to melting, molding, and wrapping.
What You'll Do:
The Craft:
Sort, roast, and winnow raw cacao beans to perfection.
The Science:
Operate industrial mills and refiners to create smooth, high-quality chocolate.
The Finish:
Master the technical skills of tempering, molding, and wrapping bars for the shelf.
The Standards:
Maintain a "surgical-level" clean environment (FDA/Food Safety) to ensure every bar is perfect.
Qualifications:
Proactive "Self-Starter": You don't need a checklist to stay productive; you anticipate the next step in the production cycle and jump in where help is needed most.

Physicality:
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs regularly, and work in a dynamic factory environment (including noise, varying temperatures, and chocolate aromas).
