Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and bakery products according to established recipes. Measure and portion ingredients accurately. Assist with baking, finishing, and preparing bakery items. Check products for quality, appearance, and consistency. Package, label, and properly store finished products. Maintain an organized and fully stocked production workstation. Safely operate bakery and kitchen equipment. Follow food preparation, food safety, and sanitation procedures. Clean workstations, tools, equipment, and preparation surfaces. Monitor ingredient supplies and assist with restocking. Complete assigned production tasks within required time standards. Work closely with other bakery and kitchen team members. Qualifications Previous bakery, pastry, kitchen, or food production experience preferred. Ability to follow recipes and detailed production instructions. Strong attention to quality, cleanliness, and detail. Ability to work efficiently in a busy production environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, organized, and professional. Ability to safely use kitchen and bakery equipment. Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Flexible availability based on production needs.
