• Full-time Job Description Aggieville Brewing Company is seeking a motivated, hands-on Brewery Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for craft beer and a desire to grow into a long-term position in brewing operations. This position will support both brewery production and facility maintenance within our brewery and restaurant. The right candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn all aspects of the brewing process. Position Overview Entry level brewery position with growth opportunity 30-40 hours per week (minimum 25 hours required) Flexible weekday schedule but prefer Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Occasional evening and weekend availability required for events and festivals

What You'll Do:

Production & Brewery Operations Clean and maintain kegs, draft lines, and brewery production area Assist with canning runs and packaging operations Support beer transfers, kegging, and cellar work Help maintain cleanliness and organization in brewhouse and cellar Distribution & Sales Support Deliver beer to local accounts Clean and maintain draft systems at distribution accounts Assist with handling and logistics of finished product Facility & Maintenance Support Perform preventative maintenance tasks Assist with general upkeep of brewery, restaurant, and beer garden Support outdoor work and seasonal projects Events & Brand Support Assist with festivals, private parties, and off-site events Represent the brewery and engage with customers when needed Growth Opportunity This role is designed to develop into an Assistant Brewer position, with responsibilities expanding to: Maintain fermentation tanks, hoses, and all related equipment Assist with grain milling, wort production, and yeast handling Managing beer transfers and fermentation processes Advanced cellar operations and production oversight Requirements Must be 21+ years of age Valid driver's license required Prior brewery experience is a plus, but not required Basic understanding of brewing or strong desire to learn is required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift Ability to lift 55 lbs regularly Ability to maneuver 160 lbs Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks Safety Requirements Comfortable working in hot, cold, loud, and wet environments Comfortable working around pressurized vessels, chemicals, and high heat Follow all SOPs and safety procedures Proper use of PPE at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Detail-oriented with pride in quality and cleanliness Willingness to learn and grow within the brewing industry Problem-solver with a proactive mindset Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for craft beer and hospitality Bonus Skills (Not Required) Previous brewery or cellar experience Mechanical or maintenance experience Draft system knowledge Delivery or distribution experience Why Join Aggieville Brewing Company?
