This opportunity is for Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday help only at this time. We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Taproom Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, pouring beer, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. This role encompasses all aspects of bartending and customer service within our taproom.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve beer to customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper portion sizes and presentation.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions about our beers, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.

• Cleaning:

  Maintain a clean and organized taproom by regularly cleaning tables, bar areas, and equipment. Ensure all health and safety standards are met.
• Handle all bartending duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar, restocking supplies, and managing cash and credit card transactions.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure that each guest leaves with a positive impression of our brewery.
• Work closely with other team members to create a cohesive and efficient work environment.
• Assist with brewery events and promotions, including setup, execution, and teardown.
• Stay informed about our beer offerings and brewing process to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in bartending or customer service is preferred.
• Must be 21
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
• Ability to stoop, bend and reach frequently
• Ability to work in a standing position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Passion for craft beer and willingness to learn about our products.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
