What You'll Do As a 1st Shift Production Worker, you will be responsible for: Inspecting packaging and finished items for quality and correctness Applying labels properly and ensuring all labels are accurate Assisting with product handling, weighing, and packing tasks as needed Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and sanitized throughout your shift Cleaning and sanitizing tables, equipment, tools, and work areas according to established procedures Following all food safety, GMP, HACCP, allergen control, and sanitation guidelines Preventing cross-contamination by adhering to proper handling practices What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have Comfort working in a fast-paced food production environment Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and arm movements Adaptability to work in refrigerated, wet, or temperature-changing environments Previous experience in food manufacturing, seafood processing, packaging, sanitation, or production is a plus, but not required Why Join Us in Gardner?
