Set-Up Associate (Batch Kit Assembling) - 2nd Shift Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring! We're looking for a Set-Up Associate to support a local manufacturing bakery by assembling batch kits and preparing raw materials for the batch-making process. This is a hands-on role focused on accuracy, food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency . What You'll Do Follow safety rules and procedures at all times Accurately follow product formulas to build ingredient kits for production Understand raw ingredients used in the process and their handling requirements Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with site and food safety standards Issue ingredients to work orders , including correct quantities and lot identification for minor ingredients Monitor raw material quality (color, consistency, aroma, texture, etc.) and report any concerns to the group leader/supervisor What We're Looking For Knowledge Understanding of food safety standards and kitchen/production operations Familiarity with raw ingredients and their properties Skills Strong organization skills and ability to multitask Ability to communicate effectively in
