We're looking for an outgoing, personable and sales-driven individual who is passionate about wine, craft beer and spirits and genuinely enjoys working with customers. This is not simply a cashier or stocking position. The primary focus of this role is working the sales floor during peak hours — engaging customers, making recommendations, hand-selling products and building relationships that create repeat business. Wine knowledge and previous sales experience are a plus, but personality, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to learn and sell are just as important. What You'll Do

• Actively engage customers and hand-sell wine, craft beer and spirits
• Build relationships with regular customers and make personalized recommendations
• Participate in in-store tastings and product sampling
• Continually learn about new wines, beers and spirits
• Operate the cash register
• Stock products and maintain shelves and displays
• Assist with general store operations as needed What We're Looking For

• Dependable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail, restaurant, bartending, wine or sales experience is a plus
• Must be able to safely lift and move cases of wine weighing up to 45 pounds Why Work With Us?
