Key Responsibilities:

Prepare tea and beverages according to company standards and recipes Brew fresh tea bases to order using our signature Teapresso brewing system Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Provide friendly, professional, and welcoming customer service Support different stations including cashier, bar, tea brewing, and topping preparation Communicate and cooperate with team members to help cover stations during busy periods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, kitchen, and workstations Follow company food safety and sanitation standards Assist with opening and closing duties Qualifications Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn multiple positions within the store Food & Beverage experience is preferred but not required Weekend and holiday availability preferred
