We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar operations, with a strong emphasis on beverage leadership, sales growth, staff education, and promotional execution . Position Summary The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, strong team performance, and consistent execution of Steelbound Brewery's brand standards. This role works closely with senior leadership to support operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth, particularly through Steelbound spirits, cocktails, and promotional initiatives . The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing FOH, BOH, and bar operations in a high-volume restaurant or brewery environment and excels at motivating teams while driving sales and guest engagement. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and dining room operations Maintain high standards for food quality, beverage execution, hospitality, and cleanliness Ensure consistency in service flow, timing, and guest experience Support leadership with opening procedures, shift execution, and closing operations Bar, Beverage & Sales Leadership Oversee bar operations including service standards, inventory, and cost controls Actively promote Steelbound spirits, cocktails, and beverage offerings to drive revenue Educate and train staff on Steelbound products, cocktail menus, flavor profiles, and brand storytelling Engage with guests to educate and promote Steelbound beverages, enhancing overall experience Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and safety standards Promotions, Events & Revenue Growth Plan and execute promotional events, tastings, featured cocktail programs, and special activations Develop strategies to drive beverage sales and overall restaurant revenue Partner with leadership on seasonal menus, promotions, and sales initiatives Monitor sales performance and assist in identifying opportunities for growth Team Management & Culture Hire, train, schedule, and develop FOH, BOH, and bar staff Foster a positive, professional, and hospitality-driven workplace culture Provide coaching and corrective action to maintain performance standards Ensure strong communication between FOH, BOH, bar, and management teams Financial & Administrative Responsibilities Assist with labor forecasting, scheduling, and cost controls Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor coordination Review sales trends, labor performance, and operational metrics Ensure accurate cash handling and POS procedures Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including food safety and alcohol service Maintain safe working conditions and enforce company policies Support cleanliness, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Qualifications 3-5+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience Proven experience managing FOH, BOH, and bar operations Experience in high-volume food and beverage environments Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage-driven concepts Demonstrated ability to drive sales through promotions, events, and staff engagement Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and guest experience Join Our Team at Steelbound Brewery Niagara Falls, NY!
