In this hands-on role, you'll help prepare, package, and fulfill orders for our tea, coffee, and spice products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with high-quality ingredients in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and package tea, coffee, and spice products for retail and wholesale orders Weigh, portion, and blend teas and spices accurately Label tins and packaging for shipment Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality control standards are met Pick, pack, and ship wholesale orders (experience with Faire is a plus) Track inventory, assign lot numbers, and maintain accurate records Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace Support warehouse and production operations as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Repetitive use of hands for packaging and labeling tasks Work Environment & Requirements Must follow all FDA hygiene and safety guidelines Frequent handwashing and adherence to sanitation procedures required Hair must be restrained (cap or hair covering provided/required) Closed-toe shoes required; clean, comfortable work attire expected
