The Craft:
From milling malt to kegging and canning finished beer, learn every step of making the highest-quality craft beer.
The Workout:
Moving kegs (up to 160lbs with assistance) and materials multiple times a day
The Climate:
Working in hot brewing areas and cold storage (35F), on elevated platforms, and around chemicals
The Gear:
Operating valves, pumps, and pressure systems. Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
The Shine:
30-40% of your shift is spent on cleaning and sanitizing tanks and facility upkeep
The Safety:
This is a zero-tolerance alcohol and substance-free workplace. We make beer and save consuming it until we are off the clock. Authorized QC tastings follow strict documented protocols.
What Youll Do Brewing & Cellar:
exact recipes and SOPsno shortcuts; manage yeast; support soda production as needed; filter operation and racking beer into kegs
Maintenance & Safety:
Strict adherence to OSHA protocols and chemical handling; troubleshoot minor equipment issues; support daily facility upkeep and production readiness
Process Discipline:
Follow SOPs exactlyno shortcuts. Reliability is our #1 requirement
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) You follow all brewing and safety SOPs without supervision You maintain a spotless brewery and pass sanitation audits You operate manual equipment (pumps, valves, forklifts) safely and efficiently
What Youll Bring Age:
21+ years old
Experience:
1+ year of craft brewing or advanced homebrewing skill preferred
Aptitude:
Experience with tools or mechanical equipment; forklift experience preferred
Physicality:
Ability to move heavy objects repeatedly and work from ladders/harnesses
Availability:
Ability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
