INDUSTRIAL BAKERY

Pay Rate:

$12.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM We are looking for dependable and hardworking Bakers to join an industrial baking operation. This position involves assisting with the preparation, production, baking, cooling, and packaging of baked goods in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production instructions Measure and portion ingredients accurately Prepare dough, batters, and other baking products Operate baking and production equipment as trained Monitor products throughout the baking and production process Inspect finished products for quality and consistency Assist with cooling, packaging, labeling, and organizing finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures Work efficiently as part of a production team Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Reliable and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday Previous baking, food production, manufacturing, or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and work as part of a team This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to learn new skills in a production environment.
