Job Description

Responsible for ensuring The Ultimate Southern Gaming Experience for our guests by directly supervising Supervisors in Sportsbook / Off Track Betting and Bingo and indirectly supervising Sportsbook / OTB, and Bingo associates. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Two to three years supervisory/management experience required, Sportsbook/OTB/Bingo experience preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and communication skills required. Superior guest service skills required. Solid understanding of the pari-mutuel guest's motivations and expectations. Effective with Microsoft Products. Must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to provide change without the use of a calculator. Minimum six months' cash handling experience, preferably in high volume industry. Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
