We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of roofing and construnction , and the ability to manage crews and inventory control effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers alike. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Oversee inventory control, including stock management and ordering supplies as needed. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a productive work environment. Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with upper management to develop operational goals and objectives. Fill out daily paperwork and keep up with crews. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in defusing situations that may occur. Experience in roofing/sheet metal is preferred. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Ability to problem solve. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
