Description Assist Slot Shift Manager in maintaining and supervising slot floor operations, and resolve minor customer disputes. Monitor Slot floor activity to ensure protection of company funds.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum three years' experience within a slot gaming operation. Must be knowledgeable about applicable gaming regulations and company policies. Working knowledge of the various slot and video games, technology and equipment found on the casino floor. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel and lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently during shift. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to carry and communicate by two-way radio. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must possess computer proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
