The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to guests through daily interaction on the guest floor. Additionally, the Table Games Supervisor is responsible for assisting management with documenting observations and providing suggestions in all areas to improve the overall business. Though the Table Games Supervisor's primary focus is the activity within the Table Games area, the supervisor may assist with casino promotions & player tracking. The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for notifying surveillance and the Casino Shift Manager of any suspicious activity. Qualifications & Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Gaming Must be registered with the Nevada Gaming Control Board Must be at least 21+ years of age Experience Proven team and leadership experience Understanding of the casino environment and table games department Skill, Knowledge, and Abilities Knowledge of Blackjack, Craps & Roulette Exceptional customer service skills Able to communicate with the public effectively Able to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences Must be available to and willing to work all shifts required Must adhere to all guidelines and policies established in the
