Job Description
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Lead Slot Supervisor ensures the efficiency of Casino Floor Operations. The Lead Slot Supervisor is knowledgeable of floor conditions and spend at least 80% of their time on the casino floor to be well-informed of guests and associate's needs. You will be the highest-level manager on duty when Slot Manager or Casino General Manager is not present and must make efficient decisions to ensure excellent service is provided to our guests. You will report to the Casino General Manager/Slot Manager. Must be a current associate in the
Durant Slots Department Primary Tasks:
1. You will oversee all floor personnel to ensure high levels of customer service. 2. Audit/Inspect work of your team to ensure standards are met. 3. You will schedule associates. 4. Conduct performance management with staff (reviews, address sub-standard performance). 5. You will implement corrective/preventative actions. 6. Maintain security/procedures according to rules. 7. You will replenish thermal paper, fixing printer jams and bill acceptor malfunctions. 8. Input jackpots on the floor. 9. You will pay winners by promptly responding to winning customers, processing hand pays, assisting the Slot Attendant in processing jackpot/paperwork, and assisting with Title 31 transaction requirements following established procedures. 10. Immediately resolve customer/employee/management concerns. 11. Perform other duties as may be assigned.Requirements:
