BANQUET SUPERVISOR
As a Banquet Supervisor at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll lead our banquet team in delivering exceptional events and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence will ensure the success of each event and contribute to our reputation for outstanding hospitality.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with banquet staff to coordinate events and ensure guest satisfaction. Lead and supervise banquet team members, providing guidance and support throughout events. Assist in managing banquet budgets, inventory, and staffing needs. Maintain high standards of service and hospitality, delivering exceptional experiences to guests. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, billing, and event planning.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 21 years old. Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet service or related hospitality roles. Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge (if applicable). Must be able to obtain an ABLE license. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to travel as required.
