Full Time Summary:
Collects, counts and documents revenue received from Electronic Gaming machines; operates currency counters, ten key and/or computer system to document transactions; performs housekeeping in work area; and may conduct minor repair or routine maintenance on currency counter.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for counting and balancing all currency/coins received from various live games, slot bill validators. 2. Assist Supervisor with sorts, counts, and records contents of table game drop boxes, kiosks and currency drop boxes, according to set procedures. 3. Responsible for training new Count Team Clerks. 4. Assists Supervisor with daily reports, minor repairs and maintenance of soft count equipment. 5. Process the currency inside cash boxes using the money counting machine. 6. Inputs totals by box number or table number in the computer. 7. Prepares all the necessary reports in accordance with the state gaming regulations and company policies and procedures as directed by Supervisor. 8. Maintains the general cleanliness of the soft count room at all times. 9. Additional duties as directed.
