Slot Ambassador Chin'an Gaming Hall Chugiak, AK Job Details $18 an hour 5 days ago Qualifications Visitor query response Customer communication Client inquiry handling In-person customer service Answering guest questions Incident Escalation High school diploma or GED Customer issue escalation Full Job Description The Slot Ambassador will be responsible for customer service in all slot areas of the casino. This position will also support the customer by assisting with game information, financial transaction questions and general questions about the amenities of the casino. A Slot Ambassador will also be expected to maintain the cleanliness throughout the casino including the casino floor, BOH areas and bathrooms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Observe all activity within assigned areas helping with instruction and advice to slot players on machine functions and payouts. Identify jackpot transactions, process, and complete them promptly, accurately and with a high degree of service. Be capable of handling routine customer complaints and incidents and exhibit the appropriate description to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel. Understand and comply with company and departmental directives, policies, and procedures. Ensure high quality service to all customers. Assist our customers with change, jackpot payouts, slot machine issues and TITO ticket replenishment. Maintain composure and professionalism in a potentially stressful environment. Responsible for individual employee cash banks issued at various amounts. General cleaning duties of the casino as assigned to include preopening, closing and general maintenance throughout the operating hours. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High School Diploma and/or GED required. Additional Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guests. Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous manner.
