Lakeview Lanes Bowling Center Hours/Days :

Tentative schedule: Tuesday - Friday; 7:30am-2:30 pm or 2:30pm-10:30pm/close out Must have open availability to fill in for other shifts Schedule is subject to change

Rate:

$15.15/hr.

Job Summary :

Performs a variety of duties required in the daily operation of the bowling control counter including first contact with members and guests. Duties and Responsibilities Opens/closes area of assignment depending on work schedule including, locking/unlocking facilities and turning on/off lights. Provides quality customer service to all members and guests. Registers members and guests. Issues bowling lanes for open and league play. Issues and collects fees due for rental shoes, lockers, and re-sale items. Turns off lanes and collects all money due at end of bowling session. Maintains member/guest attendance record and complete recap sheets and other reports as needed. Verifies cash drawer at beginning and end of shift; prints daily report. Uses microphone to make announcements to bowlers and communicate trouble calls to mechanics. Assist bowlers at scoring console as needed. Performs housekeeping duties around assigned work area. Inspects equipment/items in assigned work area and notifies supervisor of deficiencies. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of cashier and clerical practices related to cash control, verification, checking figures, and preparing various reports. Ability to establish and maintain effective relations with the public. Experience using a computer. Good customer service skills. Good oral communication skills.
