FUNCTION

- Responsible for emptying slot machines containing unaudited Bill Validator Acceptors (BVA) and transporting same to Count Room for a counting of the contents. Counts contents of BVA's and Poker boxes and reports results.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Safeguards Drop and Drop Count room assets. Adheres to company policies and procedures. Performs labor function during drop and count processes. Obtains and opens BVA from cart or trolley. Empties contents of each BVA individually on count table showing empty BVA to at least one other Drop team member and Surveillance. Assists in sorting currency and paperwork. For each BVA, records cash and paperwork activity on Drop Count sheets. Participates in the count and verification of soft drop in case currency counter is malfunctioning. Verifies each shifts bundled and strapped currency. Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintains a professional working relationship among all personnel. Oral and written communication skills. Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the Count room.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE A

high school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid gaming license (employer will assist in the application process).
